From Eerie #68, here's Berni Wrightson's magnificent dry run for his adaptation of Frankenstein, I think I'm right in saying coloured by Richard Corben.
Not much you can say about this really, other than: Wow.

Remember this ad? And this one?
'Course you do. Big Jim's P.A.C.K. was all over the Bronze Age, complete with character designs by Kirby. And there was an actual comic to go with it.
Big Jim's P.A.C.K. #1 came free with some of the toys, and though the script is functional at best, with Jim and his gang stopping every few panels to extol the virtue of their latest clip-on attachment, available at the same store you bought this, the art... well the art would appear to be by John Buscema & Joe Sinnott. And we don't really need to say any more than that. AAAAAARRRROOOOOOO!!!!!!

Just been reminded I haven't posted this yet, the final part of Luis Bermejo's wondrous adaptation of Ralph Bakshi's adaptation of Lord Of The Rings. ( For those who came in late, the first two parts are also here, just scroll down the list ).
So away you go, take the afternoon off and spend some time in Middle Earth.
