Another dispatch now from the Earth / Kyban war, courtesy of Harlan Ellison & Ken Steacy, that I originally read in the above collection of Ellison odds and ends, but which has been reprinted loads of times. It's a sci-fi thriller that has, like Run For The Stars, a classically pulpy set-up, and Steacy gets to set himself the fun challenge of telling a story prinicipally about a single protaganist, sitting in one position, unable to move a muscle. If he moves, he dies. See if you can figure out the solution before he does.
